FAQs

We combine human review with automation-assisted quality checks to catch potential policy violations early. Besides, our training emphasizes MSN’s policy guidelines from day one, so compliance is purposely built into our workflow.

Either works. If you prefer to assign topics, we’ll follow your lead. If you want us to ideate, that comes with an additional cost. A mix is also possible.

Yes. Image selection is part of our end-to-end content process. We source images based on your approved list—typically from sites like Pexels, Shutterstock, Wikimedia Commons, or even YouTube screenshots (when relevant).

We only use image sources you’ve approved. We don’t choose image banks on our own—everything is based on your licensed or preferred platforms.

That depends on your expected daily volume and how fast we finalize the setup. In some cases, we can start within a week. In others, we may be fully booked and might require 2-4 weeks to build your dedicated team.

We can deliver human-written content if preferred. Just keep in mind that fully manual work takes longer and costs more, which may impact output and scale.

Of course. The minimum volume we accommodate is 3 articles per day. Once we align on quality and workflow, we can ramp up to as many as you want across different timelines.

Yes. We ask that you send revision feedback within 3 days of delivery. The sooner we know what needs fixing, the faster we can respond.

What happens after you say yes?

Once we agree on pricing and finalize the statement of work, here’s what comes next:

  • Slack channels will be set up for daily communication and information exchange
  • We’ll schedule a walk-through of your CMS or any relevant tools you’d like us to use
  • We’ll require access to your CMS to upload content
  • If you’re assigning topics, we’ll need a batch of initial topics in advance so we can begin writing without delays
  • The first couple of weeks will focus on alignment and feedback—we’ll refine the process together based on your input
